FACILIITES MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE & LAND SCAPING
Zia provides full management of on-site facilities. Each year, We carry out multi-technical maintenance tasks, waste management, compost and provide training to staff dedicated to our activities.
Zia carries out the maintenance of its kitchen and laundry equipment and is also qualified to maintain buildings, facilities and specific equipment, such as generators, air conditioning and heating systems, plumbing, and water treatment and waste management stations.
Call Services Division in our organization is structured with trained manpower, equipment, and machines with communication facility to attend the Camp maintenance services on call basis. This includes but not limited to Electrical, plumbing, painting, interior decorative, aluminum and wood work, false ceiling and alteration etc.
ELECTRICAL & AC MAINTENANCE
Electrical and A/C maintenance for office campus, industries and multi storied building, by employing well-experienced licensed electrician and A/C mechanics under the control of Engineering Division.
Building and Plant Maintenance
The Engineering Division in our organization is structured with experienced engineers & architects, skilled manpower to plan, design and execute the construction, interior decoration and all construction related activities. We also undertake the operations and maintenance of various project as part of our Life support services contract.
Landscaping
The outside environment is just as important to our residents as the communal and private living areas. That is why we have created the following range of services: planting programmes adapted to the local climate, lawn mowing, weeding, fertilization, mulching, irrigation and system maintenance, monitoring of plant health, waste disposal, control of invasive plant species, and snow removal.
Greenery and vegetation is a special treat to the eyes while working the middle of a desert. Our horticulturists are trained to develop and maintain gardens and lawns even in the most arid and desolate regions transforming wasted land into scenic reality.
